We are pleased to welcome Mark Kyriacos Kyriacou to RPMA PUBLISHING. Born on Merseyside to Irish and Greek Cypriot roots, Mark’s enduring fascination with synthesisers and drum machines was shaped by the pioneering sounds of Kraftwerk, The Human League, and Detroit’s late-1980s electronic scene. As a writer and producer, his career spans a diverse array of projects, from Loka to Harmonische 23 and beyond, blending archival influences with a contemporary artistic vision. Notably, his work was signed to Ninja Tune in the early 2000s, marking a significant milestone in his collaborations and releases.
Mark is a co-founder of Transmission Towers and The Rotary Fifth, with a body of work that includes albums, EPs, singles, and remixes that have resonated within the electronic and experimental music communities. He has collaborated with Oliver James Lomax on the Working Class Love Poem and contributed significantly to Kosmische-inspired explorations with Harmonische 23, including a single released on Polytechnic Youth and the album Kiosk. Soulma-23 project, with Brazilian singer Nabisi another notable collaboration.
Under the project name Machen (with Rachel Thomas) being released on RPMA recordings, he continues to drive innovative collaboration and production. We look forward to upcoming releases and the fresh perspectives he will bring to our publishing roster.

Rachel Thomas came to RPMA Publishing via the amazing Machen project, adding her stunning vocals and songwriting to a band steeped in deep electronic astral futurism. Hailing from Wales, Rachel’s talents have graced many projects over the last few decades. First and foremost a singer / songwriter, but with an exceptional ear for harmonies and an experimental way of working, and layering these harmonies to create her work.
Her list of credits is extensive, but notable mentions are band member and writer on Various Productions - The World is Gone, released on XL Recordings. Session vocals with the Super Furries, Ane Brun and Wolf People. A recent project with the amazing Richard Norris (The Grid + more), The Order of the 12 - Against the Tide, and Smith & Mudd - My Hill (a 12” only release).
Rachel co-wrote on Stick in the Wheel of which various tracks had sync licensing for TV and Film including BBC, Channel 4 and Netflix.
As part of RPMA Publishing, we pride ourselves on not just administering artists work, but working with them on creative artist management, opening up new collaborations, label opportunities and pitching for sync briefs, and with Rachael we know her journey will continue to be as exciting as it has been thus far.

Born in Bolton and now living in Stockport, Chris Massey is a much loved artist of Manchester’s underground scene. He grew up loving music through his parents’ wide-ranging collection—Kate Bush, Peter Gabriel, Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield—and fell for synths, drum machines, and guitars that fuse with electronic sounds. Influences from New Order, Depeche Mode, Yazoo, The Cure, and Talking Heads pushed him into dance music.
As a writer, producer, and remixer, his work has appeared on labels like Mute, Decca, and smaller imprints such as Southern Fried, Nein, Midnight Riot, and his own Sprechen label. He’s collaborated with A Certain Ratio, Lindstrøm, The Emperor Machine, and Elliot Lion (Editors), with airplay on BBC 6Music, Radio 1, NTS, and Do!! You!!! World.
His latest project, The Thief of Time, blends retro-future cinematic sounds with New Wave and Post-Punk, featuring Stockport-based Lady Lady. The album and a follow-up EP earned solid support from the electronic community, with nods to Sabres Of Paradise, The Cocteau Twins, Pet Shop Boys, and New Order. Juno Records and Piccadilly Records included them in Best Of 2025 lists, and the project has evolved into a live trio with sold-out shows, including supporting Lindstrøm at Aviva Studio and Hifi Sean & David McAlmont at Night & Day.
Chris runs Sprechen, his own record label and creative hub that champions new and emerging artists, weaving club music with more introspective listening. He mentors artists through final mixing and engineering, collaborates with many Sprechen roster artists, and works with Manchester International Festival and the British Arts Council.

Chloe Elms’ sound acts as a melting pot for genres to converge and create something entirely new. Coming from a split musical background, switching between teaching herself the acoustic guitar, listening to RnB and Soul, and eventually diving into DJing and the vast horizons of electronic music, every project delivers something different, with Chloe’s signature melodic energy.
As an emerging artist, Chloe’s career has already seen some impressive milestones, with her first radio play at age just 14 on BBC Radio Essex, first live performance in Soho at 15, first radio show at 16, and inevitably her debut EP release “Oblique” at 21. Five years later, Chloe has worked with producers and musicians across Europe, including Siccus, Electric Farmer, and collaborated on projects with Clod Ensemble and Halle Studios in London.
Through the launch of her own community platform Loose Theories, Chloe has continued to collaborate with other emerging artists from UK, Brazil, Berlin and beyond, through writing, production, workshops and events.
Now, her focus is set on the launch of her second EP “Days Go By”, out on RPMA Recordings in April (the track featured here will be on the EP), and her soul-infused future album, “Got Me Thinking”, still a work in progress, set to be out later this year.

Gina is a writer whose work is defined by precision, curiosity, and a deep commitment to sound design. Guided by her Roland TR-8S, she explores synthesis and the textures that emerge when technique meets intention. An international DJ influenced by Chicago, New York, and the many venues she graces, Gina’s productions are deliberate and rooted in the lineage of house music.
Her impressive catalog of releases with labels such as Classic Music Company, Edible, He.She.They, Defected, Nervous, Gudu, Southern Fried, and more. Her sound is infectious a - stripped-back drums, tight percussion, and the unmistakable energy of classic house - drawn from artists such as KiNK, Kittin, Cinthie, and Roman Flügel.
Gina is a natural collaborator, especially with vocalists, integrating raw, bass-oriented textures. Now based in Manchester, she channels the city’s rich rave legacy into her work, blending its grit and vitality with her own artistic sensibility.
Gina represents a compelling voice for RPMA Publishing—articulate, technically accomplished, and boldly exploratory. Her approach offers both rigorous craft and forward-looking artistry, inviting collaborators and audiences to engage deeply with her music.

Freya Beer is a London-based poet, model, and critically acclaimed singer-songwriter, recognised as a “raw and thrilling “ voice in the alternative music scene. Blending gothic-tinged pop, noir storytelling and art-rock attitude, her work moves fluidly between music, literature and fashion.
She launched her career in 2019 with her debut single Dear Sweet Rosie on her own label, Sisterhood Records, earning early BBC Radio 6 Music support. Her debut album Beast was archived by the British Library, and she has since performed at major festivals, sold-out headline shows, and supported acts such as Honeyblood and Republica.
Alongside her music, Freya has cultivated a strong visual identity within fashion and culture. She has modelled in campaigns shot by Rankin, featured with Rokit Vintage, and modelled for the iconic Rock and Roll Hotel, Karma Sanctum in Soho — reinforcing her deep ties to London’s alternative creative scene.
Beer’s music, including her 2024 single Tatianna—praised as a “pop classic”—has gained strong media attention, leading to collaborations with Hunger Magazine, Time Out London, The Standard, and brands like Dr Martens and Kiehls.
In 2025, she toured with Dr. John Cooper Clarke as a poet, released the David Lynch-inspired single CRY BABY, and returned to BBC Radio 6 in July for a live session with Marc Riley. In September, she released her new single, Bonsoir, a romantic ballad that further showcases her evocative songwriting and distinctive artistry. She rounded out the year with a December performance for Sofar Sounds London and will return to the studio in the new year to begin work on forthcoming material.
She also continues to host her eclectic radio show Freya Beer’s Gothic Disco, blending music, fashion, and activism with projects promoting mental health and environmental awareness.
